As per significant reports, Bollywood megastar star Shah Rukh Khan to leave his lavish mansion Mannat temporarily for almost two years along with his family as his home is undergoing a huge transformation. The entire family will be moving to the Pali Hill area till the extensive construction is completed.
The construction of Mannat will commence in May this year. It is important to mention that Mannat is the destination where folks from different areas and countries daily wait to catch a glimpse of King Khan.
Some reports claimed that Shah Rukh Khan will be staying in a luxurious four-floor apartment by famous film producer Vashu Bhagnani. The king has leased four- floors for Rs. 24 lac per month.
Sources said that the huge floors of the building are enough to accommodate King Khan’s family, his high-profile security, and other staff together.
In case the readers are not aware, it was in 1997 when SRK saw his dream house first time. The old name of Mannat was Villa Vienna. It was the time when the star was shooting for the movie, Yes Boss when he expressed desire for this heritage property. Mannat previously belonged to a Gujarati businessman Nariman Dubas. The king purchased the mansion in 2001 and named it Mannat because he believed that the almighty had answered his prayers.
Mannat is a six-storeyed building with two big living rooms. The house is well connected by elevators and boasts paintings by legendary artist, M.F Hussain.
