Unknown armed assailants entered a bank branch in Quetta’s suburb of Hazar Ganji area and took away with Rs 9.4 million cash and gold on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
The robbers also critically injured the security guard of the bank over resistance. Police have immediately started search operation for the arrest of the dacoits.
A series of bank robberies have been going on in Balochistan in recent months and in a recent case, robbers looted Rs 150 million from three banks in Panjgur. The similar incidents have also taken place in other areas.
