Two persons including Rana Mehran, brother of PPP leader Rana Sajjad were killed over an old enmity in Multan, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
According to police, an armed clash took place between the Rana group and Dogar group at the Vihari Chowk bus stand on Sunday evening.
As a result of the exchange of intense firing, Rana Mehran died on the spot while a member of the rival Dogar group namely Muhammad Khuzaima also died.
The deceased Rana Mehran was the brother of PPP leader Rana Sajjad.
Two passengers have also been injured in the shootout, police said.
The cops from Police Station Sheetal reached the spot to control the situation.
The police with the help of Rescue 1122 shifted the dead and injured to the hospital and started the investigation.
