Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has issued second call-up notice to PTI leader and ex-federal minister Ali Amin Gandapur and summoned him again on March 28 for allegedly threatening the state and government institutions through provocative statements on social media, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Previously, he had been summoned through notice on March 24 but he did not appear.
