A district and sessions court in Karachi South on Saturday indicted cocaine queen Anmol alias Pinki and her accomplice Sameer in a drug case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Both the accused were produced before the court through video link.
The court formally framed charges against Pinky and Sameer. Both accused denied the charges and pleaded not guilty.
The court subsequently issued notices to the prosecution witnesses and summoned them for the next stage of proceedings. The case was registered by Darakhshan Police in 2021.
Earlier on September 24, 2026, the Sindh High Court (SHC) has indefinitely adjourned the hearing of appeals challenging the acquittal of Anmol alias Pinky in three drug-related cases registered at Karachi’s Gizri Police Station.
A division bench rejected the prosecution’s request for an urgent hearing of the appeals filed by Prosecutor General Sindh against the trial court’s acquittal decision.
