Lahore police have registered a case after a 20-year-old Azerbaijani woman was allegedly subjected to gang rape in the Defence area of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV.
According to the FIR, the woman, identified as Diana, had arrived in Lahore a few days ago. She was allegedly lured by two unidentified women who took her to a cafe.
Three male acquaintances of the women were already present at the cafe, according to the complainant.
The suspects allegedly took the foreign national to a flat after spending some time at the cafe, where she was given a drugged substance before being sexually assaulted by three men.
According to the FIR, the suspects left the woman near the airport after the incident and fled the scene.
Police have registered a case and launched an investigation to trace and arrest the suspects.
