Ammad Parkour, a 24-year-old professional parkour player, has been making waves in the industry with his spectacular stunts and daring moves. Hailing from Quetta, Baluchistan, Ammad started his journey in the parkour year 2013 and has since become a well-known name in the community.
Ammad Parkour with his team (Hazara Parkour) is the founder of parkour in Pakistan. He found and introduced parkour in Pakistan. Ammad's acrobatic abilities are nothing short of impressive. He has the uncanny ability to quickly navigate through obstacles, jumps over high walls, and perform seemingly impossible moves with ease. His style of free-running is characterized by fluidity, grace, and precision.
His journey to becoming a professional was not a smooth one. He faced numerous obstacles and injuries on the way, but he never gave up on his dream. His persistence and hard work paid off when he was selected for many Pakistani films such as Dance Kahani (2016), Teefa and Trouble (2018), Umru Ayar (2021) ... and some commercial advertisements such as Jazz (2019), Samsung (2021), Nestle (2018).
His determination and passion for the craft have earned him several accolades over the years. He has been invited to perform at various events across Pakistan, including the Army wushu championship (2015 - 2019 consecutively) Opening ceremony of all Pakistan T-20 Cricket cup Quetta 2014 Opening ceremony of Jiu Jitsu national games Lahore 2015 Opening ceremony of Wushu national games (2015 - 2021 consecutively).

About future plans, Ammad says, "I want to push the boundaries of what's possible in parkour. I want to continue to create new moves and inspire the next generation of free runners. But most importantly, I want to continue to enjoy. this journey and have fun doing what I love."
