State Bank of Pakistan Monday announced closure of banks on the eve of Eidul Azha from 28th June till 30th June 2023, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
State Bank had cancelled the announcement for Public holidays made on the 21st of June earlier.
The banks across the country will remain closed from Wednesday till Friday.
The banks will also remain closed on 3rd July 2023 Monday for normal transactions on account of the bank holiday.
All the banks, development finance institutions and micro finance banks will remain closed for normal transactions on that day, however, employees of banks will attend the office as usual.
The banks will re-open on July 4 Tuesday for the public dealings.
