The budget session of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly has been summoned for June 29, during which the budget for the fiscal year 2026-27 will be presented, 24NewsHD TV reported on Saturday.
AJK Finance Minister Chaudhry Qasim Majeed will present the budget, outlining the government's proposed expenditures, development priorities, and financial allocations for the upcoming fiscal year.
Scheduled to begin at 11:00 am, the budget session is expected to include debate by lawmakers on the government's fiscal policies and development plans following the budget presentation.
