The federal government has approved the promotion and transfer of 47 senior bureaucrats to BS-20 and BS-21 with immediate effect, following the recommendations of the Central Selection Board, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Tuesday.
The board, which met under the chairmanship of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) from March 11 to 14, finalised the promotions of 11 officers to BS-21 and 36 to BS-20, all of whom have been posted to various ministries and divisions across the federal setup.
