The District and Sessions Court Islamabad upheld the arrest warrant issued for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in liquor and illegal weapons case
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti heard the case on Tuesday. The police failed to submit the execution report regarding the arrest warrant in court.
The case was registered against Ali Amin Gandapur at the Bara Kahu police station.
Later the court adjourned the hearing till June 29.
