The administration of Burewala sub-campus of the University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) on Thursday suspended an assistant professor and launched an inquiry against him for making objectionable gestures towards a female student, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A video of the lecturer, Yahya Khan, talking to the student and making obnoxious gestures towards her has gone viral. “What will you give me in return if I give you two additional marks in the paper,” the professor can be heard saying in the video.
The professor’s entry in the university has also been banned.
The university administration said that the student had filed a written application against the teacher on October 31, 2025.
However, despite the passage of 27 days, no tough action has been taken against Yahya.
