A miscellaneous petition filed in the case relating to the academic degree of Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri has been fixed for hearing tomorrow (Tuesday).
The Islamabad Bar Association has filed the petition, seeking the provision of case records related to the matter.
According to the court schedule, a division bench comprising Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro will hear the case.
The Registrar’s Office of the Islamabad High Court has also issued the cause list for the hearing, confirming the appointment of the miscellaneous petition.
Further proceedings in the case are expected to focus on the availability and examination of relevant records, which are central to the ongoing matter concerning Justice Jahangiri’s degree.
