Popular Pakistani fashion designer Maria B and Turkish influencer Turkan Atay are currently in the headlines for a payment clash which has become a very serious issue as both ladies filed a case against each other.
Maria B cleared the remaining dues of Turkan Atay through online bank transaction and then also filed a defamation case against her.
Taking to her Instagram handle, she shared a post that reads, "Legal defamation notice sent."
Maria B took legal action claiming that Turkan damaged the reputation of her clothing brand by using inappropriate language in her videos. Maria B also posed with her young lawyers’ team.
On the other hand, Turkan also took legal action against Maria B, as she did not digest her insult, She claimed that she tried to resolve the matter personally but it didn't affected Maria's team and now she will also deal with the whole matter professionally and will not talk about it again on her social media. She said that to discuss the matter, contact her lawyers now.
Here is what she said, "This is the end of the story. I will never share anything else about it. After threatening me with LEGAL NOTICE, this matter will go to court, and both sides will defend themselves in court. I did my best to solve the issue personally, but they never took it seriously. From now on, I will not deal with anything here. If anyone has any issues, please contact my lawyers. I will never disturb my social media with this issue again. Always speak up for your rights. Thank you to everyone who supported me."
