Two women who were kidnapped two days ago from Shora Water in Tando Allahyar were successfully rescued in Tando Allahyar, reported 24News HD TV channel on Tuesday.
After receiving credible information, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Tando Allahyar Syed Saleem Shah, in the jurisdiction of Umar Sand Police Station.
Later, the police team conducted operations in different areas of Hyderabad, Jam Shoro, Mityari, and arrested two people.
SSP Saleem Haider Shah said that efforts are underway to arrest the remaining accomplices of the accused.
He said that the recovery of kidnapped women was a challenge for the police. He further revealed that the investigation team is completing their homework and more arrests are likely in the coming days.
