Int’l journal acknowledges Pakistan has an edge over India

The international journal, Carolina Political Review, has acknowledged excellent strategic knowledge of Pakistan’s civilian and military leadership, saying Pakistan has an edge over India in every aspect, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
