Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has once again said that there should be no talks with the PTI, adding that he strongly rejected the party’s anti-state narrative, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
He was talking to a delegation of the MQM-P, which called on him at the Governor’s House in Karachi and discussed with him some important matters.
Those who met with the governor were the party Chairman Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Aminul Haq and Dr. Farooq Sattar.
Speaking on the occasion, MQM-P Chairman Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that it was Karachi, which fed the entire country.
He further said that now when the party had approached the federal government for the resolution of the issues confronting the port city, the Sindh government was creating impediments in its way.
MQM-P leaders said that during their meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, they would also raise their voice for the release of hundreds of innocent party workers languishing in jails besides the development of Karachi.
