The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice has transferred and posted several judges in District Judiciary, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
On the order of Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, four Additional District and Sessions Judges of Islamabad Judicial Service were transferred.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court also gave charge of Gender Based Violence Court to Additional District and Sessions Judge West Muhammad Afzal Majuka.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Sohail was transferred from Sessions Division West to Sessions Division East.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Javed Iqbal Supra was transferred from Sessions Division West to East.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Raja Asif Mahmood was transferred from Sessions Division East to West.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Qudratullah was transferred from Sessions Division East to West.
Two Senior Civil Judges were also transferred on the orders of Chief Justice Islamabad High Court.
Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Abbas Shah was transferred from Civil District and Sessions Division West to East.
Senior Civil Judge Malik Aman was transferred from Civil District and Sessions Division East to West.
As many as 14 Civil Judge-cum-Magistrates of Islamabad Judicial Service also transferred and posted.
Meanwhile, the Islamabad High Court has issued a notification to immediately return the services of Civil Judge Ahmed Shehzad Gondal to the Lahore High Court.
This approval was given by Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfaraz Dogar while the notification was issued by Registrar Yar Muhammad Walana.
