The Supreme Judicial Council has dismissed the complaint against Justice Muhammad Asif of the Islamabad High Court, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to the channel report, the complaint against Justice Muhammad Asif was dismissed in the meeting on May 14.
In this regard, the Supreme Judicial Council informed the complainant, Col. R. Inam-ur-Rahim.
Justice Muhammad Asif was accused of pressuring the families of the deceased women in the traffic accident case.
Justice Muhammad Asif was also accused of using influence peddling.
