Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has decried the relief PTI Chairman Imran Khan is getting from the courts, declaring “Enough is enough! The law will now take its own course,” reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Speaking on the floor of the National Assembly on Tuesday, Shehbaz Sharif asked was there a law of jungle as the PTI chief was getting bail after bail.
The prime minister maintained “We will not let the blue-eyed to play havoc with the country.”
The prime minister raised a raft of questions about the frequent relief being given to the PTI chief in cases related to terrorism cases.
Shehbaz said the PTI chief has mocked the judicial system and he also has facilitators in institutions. The prime minister vowed not to sit on the table with him until he apologises to the Pakistani people first for causing hard to the country as well as to the economy.

“The nation wants to know how many judges were dismissed for corruption in 70 years?” the prime minister raised a question.
“Every court in Pakistan is giving bail to Imran Khan. No one is going to question this ‘Ladla’. He is getting bails upon bails. There is a law of the jungle,” he deplored.
“He [Imran Khan] is blackmailing the judiciary with the unruly groups of people. Maryam Nawaz was arrested in the dark of night, [but] no one took notice,” he added.
Shehbaz Sharif demanded a forensic test of the alleged audio of the judge, adding that ‘Ladla’ would not be allowed to play with Pakistan.
“Today, Imran Niazi is making terrorists his shield. He is the greatest fraudster in the history,” he lambasted.
“General Asim Munir is the senior most, and he was made the army chief on merit,” he stated, adding that the social media team of Imran Niazi had spoken horrible things about the martyrs.
“Before it is too late, the House must adopt a concrete plan of action. The power of the judiciary is being defied. Imran Khan is making a joke of the judiciary,” he emphasised.
“The cases against ‘Ladla’ were based on facts. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is now seeking guarantee at every step. Pakistan’s debts increased 70 times during Imran Khan’s four-year tenure,” he stated.
“Imran Khan shamelessly kept telling lies in front of the nation. He has now deviated from his previous statement and said that America hatched no conspiracy. He is spending millions of dollars for lobbying in America,” he lambasted.
Shehbaz called for collective wisdom and efforts to ensure rule of law and supremacy of constitution in the country. He said a society based on justice is imperative to steer the country out of current dire straits.
He urged the House to fulfill its constitutional responsibility to protect the country from constitutional and political crisis.
He said the pillars of the state will have to play their role for this purpose.
The Prime Minister regretted that PTI Chairman was blackmailing the judiciary through violent tactics.
He said the PTI Chairman does not recognize the law and constitution and is not surrendering before the courts. He said today the democracy is faced with fascism.
Shehbaz Sharif said our constitution clearly protects the separation of powers, while at present, some judicial verdicts are openly violating the constitution by supporting PTI in all cases. He said certain legislation should be made to strengthen rule of law in the country.
The Prime Minister said during his four-year tenure, Imran Khan compromised national interest by pulling himself out from the IMF agreement and blaming our friendly countries.
He said since we came into power through a legitimate way under no-confidence motion, our Foreign Minister and Finance Minister are struggling to rebuild Pakistan's good relations with all friendly countries.
Shehbaz Sharif said instead of facing cases against him, Imran Khan is attacking law enforcement agencies when they try to deal him under the law and the constitution.
He said no political party can run away from the elections which are the beauty of a democracy.
He, however, said the recent decision of Election Commission of Pakistan regarding the elections has been taken keeping in view the resurgence of terrorism in the country.
Shehbaz Sharif said smear campaign against the armed forces of Pakistan will not be allowed.
The Prime Minister appealed to the Chief Justice to investigate about the facts of recently released audio of an honourable justice.
Courts unnecessarily interfered in political matters: Naveed Qamar
While speaking on the floor of the National Assembly, Federal Minister and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Naveed Qamar said that the courts unnecessarily interfered in political matters.
“The power of suo motu notice is being misused continuously. The parliament should not tolerate this issue any more. We have a decision to make today,” he added.
