Pakistan Navy on Wednesday conducted Live Weapon Firing (LWF) of anti-ship missiles from the surface and aviation platforms in the North Arabian Sea, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Navy’s Directorate of Public Relations in a statement issued said Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi witnessed the Live Weapon Firing as chief guest.
“The Admiral expressed satisfaction over combat readiness to defend Pakistan's maritime frontiers,” the Navy’s spokesperson said.
Earlier, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi called on Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah at Karachi.

The Sindh chief minister congratulated the Naval Chief on assuming command of the Pakistan Navy. During the meeting matters of mutual interests were discussed.
