Pakistan’s Hajj Operations 2025 has started on Tuesday as hundreds of pilgrims boarded the first flights to Saudi Arabia, reported on the 24News HD TV channel.
On the first day, three flights landed at Madinah Airport in Saudi Arabia.
One flight from Islamabad brought 393 pilgrims and landed at Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport. The second flight from Multan brought 150 pilgrims and landed at 12:30pm. The third flight from Quetta brought 152 pilgrims to Madinah. A fourth flight from Karachi will reach Madinah by midnight.
Pakistani Ambassador in Saudi Arabia, Farooq Ahmed, DG Hajj Abdul Wahab Soomro, Director Hajj Madinah Zia-ur-Rehman, Pakistan’s Consul General Khalid Majeed, and Saudi Tawafa officials welcomed the pilgrims.
The pilgrims were taken to their hotels by special buses. At the hotels, the pilgrims were warmly welcomed as per Saudi traditions. They were presented flowers, chocolates, dates, and drinks.
