The returning officer has reserved his decision on the scrutiny of the nomination papers of former foreign minister and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari from NA-127 constituency of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The returning officer reserved the decision after hearing the arguments of the lawyers of the parties.
Bilawal Bhutto's lawyer Irfan Qadir was given a deadline to file a written reply till tomorrow (Friday).
PPP leaders - Ali Qasim Gilani, PPP Lahore President Aslam Gill, Umar Siddique, Irfan Qadir and Faisal Mir - were present at the office of the returning officer.
It is relevant to mention here that Aslam Gill is also the covering candidate of the PPP chairman.
