Lively alleged multiple instances of misconduct, including body shaming, and claimed a coordinated smear campaign was launched to damage her reputation. Baldoni has denied all allegations and filed counterclaims, which were later dismissed by the court in June. All parties involved continue to deny wrongdoing.
