The payment mechanism for Goods Declarations (GDs) related to the Karachi Collectorates is being revised. All payments of duties, taxes, and fees will be made by selecting 1Link’s “1Bill-Invoice” option instead of the “FBR” biller with effect from August 3, 2026, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
A notification has already been issued in this regard. Accordingly, all stakeholders are advised to use 1Link’s “1Bill-Invoice” channel for making payments of duties, taxes, and fees pertaining to Karachi Collectorates to ensure uninterrupted customs clearance and compliance with the prescribed payment procedure.
All traders, importers, exporters, customs agents, and other stakeholders dealing with Karachi Collectorates are requested to adopt the revised payment mechanism to ensure uninterrupted customs clearance and compliance with the updated payment procedures.
