Bodies of four people swept away by floodwater in Zhob reach Multan

The bodies of four members of the same family, who were killed after floodwater swept away the vehicle they were travelling in at Salyaza near Zhob, Balochistan five days ago, were brought to their hometown, Multan, on Sunday for burial, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.  

The family had gone to Salyaza for a picnic when the tragedy befell them.  

Later, the Levies Force personnel and locals managed to fish the bodies of three girls, who were sisters to each other, and a woman out of the water. 

Two people, including a driver, were injured in the incident.  

The deceased were identified as Nimra, Ambreen, Shameem and Rehmeen, while those who were injured were Namreen and driver Zahid. 

Speaking to the media, the surviving girl said that she had gone to Zhob along with her family for a picnic. 

However, she said she was not aware of the circumstances that led to the incident.
