The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has announced the establishment of an additional MDCAT 2026 test centre in Islamabad for candidates domiciled in Balochistan, providing greater convenience for aspiring medical students from the province.
According to a public notice issued by the PMDC, Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences, Quetta, will set up the additional MDCAT examination centre in Islamabad for candidates from Balochistan.
The council said the decision has been taken in continuation of its previously issued public notice dated June 19, 2026.
The additional examination centre will facilitate Balochistan candidates who wish to appear in the MDCAT 2026 examination in Islamabad.
The PMDC has directed all concerned candidates to complete their registration for MDCAT 2026 through the online portal available on the council's website.
The council said the initiative has been introduced to facilitate candidates from Balochistan seeking admission to medical and dental colleges.
