Haseeb Jamali elected as president of Sindh High Court Bar Association

Tariq Ali Jakhrani bags the seat of the vice-president seat by getting 1497 votes

Haseeb Jamali has won the annual election of Sindh High Court Bar Association on president seat by getting 2679 votes while his rival candidate Sarfaraz Mitlu could obtain 2604 votes, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Tariq Ali Jakhrani bags the seat of the vice-president seat by getting 1497 votes. Farida Mangreev bags the seat of General Secretary by securing 2582 votes. Roopmala got success on the seat of Additional Secretary for Women and Huzaifa won the seat of Joint Secretary while Syed Naimatullah bagged the seat of Treasurer. 

Barrister Zulfiqar Jalbani performed the duties of the Election Commissioner. Barrister Sarfraz Mitlu and Haseeb Jamali and Wahab Baloch competed on the seat of president of the Bar. 

There were 8 candidates for the post of Vice President, including Ehtesham-ul-Haq, Farrukh Zia, Muhammad Tahir Iqbal Shaukat Sheikh.

There was a contest between three candidates for the post of General Secretary, Farida Mangreve, Barrister Imran Mithani and Mirza Sarfaraz. 

There were two candidates for the post of Treasurer, Liaquat Ali and Nematullah Shah. There was a contest between Fida Hussain, Huzaifa Khan and RB Qureshi for the post of Honorary Joint Secretary. 

On Honorary Additional Joint Secretary Ladies Affairs Three candidates were in the list including Fauzia Mushtaq, Roop Maula Singh Rajput and Rakshanda Waheed. 28 candidates were in the fray for 9 seats of the committee of the Member Managing Committee.
