Good news for the people of Karachi-Electric (K-Electric) as the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Thursday approved reduction in the electricity prices by Rs4.87 per unit, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The reduction, made under the fuel adjustment of month of August, will save over Rs7 billion of the consumers.
However, the relief announced was not meant for lifeline consumers of the K-Electric.
