Urwa Hocane reminisced on her and Mawra’s debut in the industry as she wishes her sister on her birthday.
Taking to her Instagram, she posted a photo of herself with Mawra from their early days in the industry, and taking to the caption, she said, “It’s year 2013 and I am teary eyed looking at this photo that is one of our first shoots together after we got to Karachi.”
Sharing insights on the hurdles they faced and how they went through them together, she said, “this picture just took me back to how everyone was telling us things, your hair is too long, your makeup is too less, one of you is better than the other, and you should become this and that or give up, and while all these comparisons and insecurities were thrown our way, me and M always whispered into each other ears “be true to yourself & keep going with grace and you’ll be just fine”, we would grab each other’s hand in every situation and get through holding each other close!”

The Sabaat star turned 33 years old yesterday on the 28th of September but celebrations for her big day had started since the beginning of the month.
