The KP health authorities were awakened by a viral video accusing a private hospital’s inhuman treatment of its nurse, who had been expelled after she tested positive for the coronavirus.

The nurse was expelled following her infection was known, and the authorities came to action only after the affected nurse shared the injustice. The KP authorities have initiated an inquiry into the matter following the nurse revealed what transpired to her on social media.

While sharing her ordeal, the nurse claimed that she was expelled by the administration of the North West Hospital after she tested positive.

The nurse then was sent to the Hayatabad Medical Complex, where she is in isolation now.

Meanwhile the inquiry committee has begun a probe, and will also take the statement of the affected nurse.
