Although the heat has subsided on account of dry and strong winds, still these winds have given rise to several diseases such as bleeding from the nose and feeling of an electric shock besides diarrhoea, reported 24NewsD TV channel on Saturday.

The people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab cities have been baffled by these symptoms amid the third wave of coronavirus.

Health experts have attributed these disorders to dry winds, which have been lashing the federal capital and its adjoining areas for a few days now. They have advised people to wear masks, increase water intake and avoid exposure to the sun so that they could remain safe from these diseases.

Regarding bleeding from the nose, health experts have said that people need not worry about that since it is a common ailment whenever there is a change in weather.
