The hotel administration informed the Rescue officials about the state of the four persons who were semi-conscious in their room.

When the Rescue 1122 officials reached the venue, they found the persons in a state of semi-consciousness in the hotel room. The officials took them to a hospital where three of them expired. However, the condition of their fourth companion was also critical.

After getting information about the incident, police reached the place.

The dead have been identified as Muhammad Awais, Faisal Ayaz and Muhammad Shah Rukh. However, the semi-conscious man has been identified as Muhammad.

Police said bodies have been shifted to the hospital for post mortem. They said that cause of death could only be ascertained after the post mortem report.

However, police have started an investigation into the incident.

They are trying to find that whether the deaths occurred due to excessive gas in the hotel room or the persons had overconsumed liquor or had taken drugs in large quantity.
