Maritime Minister Ali Haider Zaidi’s father passes away in Karachi

Federal Maritime Affairs Minister Ali Haider Zaidi’s father Syed Sajjad Haider Rizvi passed away Thursday after a brief illness, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Ali Haider Zaidi announced the news in tweeted, “He was our friend & guide. Gave us inspiration to stand up & always do the right thing. Taught his children to stand their ground. An umbrella of prayers that always protected & guided me & our family. May Allah reward him Janat ul Firdous. Love you Abu.”

Syed Sajjad Haider Rizvi funeral prayers will be offered today (Thursday) after Maghribain namaz at Imam Bargah Yasrab, DHA Phase-IV and he will be laid to rest in Wadiye-Hussain graveyard, Superhighway.
