Gold prices in Pakistan hit all-time high

Gold prices in Pakistan continued their record-breaking spree on Tuesday as one-tola and 10-gram rates hit an all-time high of 187,700 and Rs160,992 after gaining Rs 500 and Rs 428 respectively.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the price of yellow metal in the international market jumped to $1,833 after an increase of $9. The price of gold witnessed a sharp increase against the backdrop of an increase in the US dollar price in the country.

The price of one tola of 24-Karat silver also increased by Rs50 as it was being traded for Rs2,150 per tola. The price of one tola of 24-Karat gold in Pakistan is Rs 6500 more than in Dubai.
