Shuttle bus service from Islamabad to Murree launched

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to launch a shuttle bus service from Barakahu in Islamabad to Murree to facilitate the tourists, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

The shuttle service will depart for Murree after every one and a half hour. Tourists traveling through the service will be charged Rs100 for one-side travek, while children below 12 years and citizens above 65 years of age will be able to travel for free.

The Chairman of CDA said that the plan of shuttle bus service was formulated to reduce the traffic flow of Murree. Moreover, it will be operational from today. 

He added that the shuttle service timings will also be changed according to the tourists’ response.
