PHC grants transit bail to KP’s Shah Farman, Shehram Tarakai

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) granted transit bail to former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman and Provincial Education Minister Shahram Khan Tarakai on Friday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the PHC granted bail of three weeks to Shahram Turki and Shah Farman against the surety bond of Rs50,000 each.
The report said that PHC Chief Justice Qaiser Rashid heard the petition filed by Shah Farman and Shahram Khan Tarakai and ordered them to submit the surety bonds.
Pertinent to mention here that two FIRs have been registered against Shahram Khan Tarakai and Shah Farman.
