Former interior minister Sheikh Rashid took a dig at the coalition government over a whooping hike in petroleum products prices.

Sheikh Rashid said the price of ghee has increased by Rs200 and the price of pulses by Rs70 to 100.

The poor will now ask questions from the coalition government, said Sheikh Rashid.

He added the government is falling into the pit, that it dug for Imran Khan, adding that let the government pack its bags.

Rashid went on to say if the government fulfils its promises to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the people will come out on their own.

He claimed the political funeral of the Shehbaz-led government will be held after it will give the budget.

The time for the government to leave is near, they have to go anyway, claimed Sheikh Rashid.
