During the proceeding of the high profile Noor Mukadam murder case, the judge has ordered the main suspect Zahir Jaffar to leave the court when he kept on interfering in the judicial hearing and became physical when the police officials tried to remove him from the courtroom, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In an Islamabad sessions court, when Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani was recording the statements of the witnesses of the prosecution, the police brought Zahir Jaffar, the main accused in the Noor Mukadam murder case to the courtroom.

Once in the courtroom, accused Zahir Jaffar kept rumbling the name of someone called Hamza.

“Where are you, Hamza? My everything is at stake! I’m not being given any chance to speak out. I have been made a hostage here.” Zahir yelled.

When the court officials took suspect Zahir to a corner, he kept on repeating: “This proceeding is being prolonged because they do not have any authority. I have never seen such inept people. This hearing is fake. I’m giving you guys a chance to put me on gallows. But despite my willingness to be hanged, they are prolonging the court proceeding which means they all are just puppets.”

For almost half an hour, suspect Zahir Jaffar kept uttering uncouth words and went on to interfere in the legal proceedings spasmodically while Judge Rabbani kept recording the statements of the witnesses.

When suspect Zahir did not stop from uttering his rant, the learned judge ordered for his removal from the court.

As soon as the police officials approached to take him out, accused Zahir pounced on them and indulged in a physical brawl with them.

The security officials got hold over him and they took him to Bakhshi Khana.

The court then summoned accused Zahir’s mother in the dock and asked her to tell her son to behave. The judge warned her that next time he would not issue a contempt notice to her son, rather he would order the jail trail if accused Zahir didn’t behave.
