KPK police recover drugs worth hundreds of million

The police in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have arrested seven accused in different incidents while recovering drugs worth hundreds of million, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.

A foreign national was also among the seven accused arrested for drug dealings.

According to details, Landi Kotal Police, on a tip-off, raided a house and recovered 11kg of heroin, 10kg of Ice and 5kg of chemicals.

The police also arrested the accused from the spot including a foreign smuggler.

Similarly, Bara police recovered 8kgs of opium and 55kgs of hashish from the secret chamber of a car they stopped at a police picket. They arrested the accused and also confiscated the drugs and cars.

In another incident, Jamrood police recovered 2kgs of heroin and arrested an accused during a raid.
