Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb has said that the government is giving top priority to upskilling and reskilling the youth to fully harness their potential.
Addressing an event in Islamabad on Tuesday, Senator Aurangzeb highlighted that Pakistan’s Skills Impact Bond, to be launched by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), is a strong example of promoting private sector investment in skills development.
The finance minister explained that the country is transitioning from traditional public financing to a more structured public-private partnership model.
The minister also emphasized that special attention is being given to training young women, recognizing their vital role in driving the country's economic growth.
