Five terrorists were killed in an intelligence-based operation carried out by security forces in North Waziristan.
According to a statement issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday, five terrorists were killed in the gunbattle with security forces when their hideout was raided in Dattakhel area of the newly formed tribal district.
During the shootout, two soldiers – Muhammad Shamim and Asad Khan – were also martyred, said the ISPR statement.
