Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader and a candidate from NA-49, Major (retd) Tahir Sadiq has lashed out at his party leaders for distributing party tickets without observing merits, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a video statement that went viral across social media platforms, he criticized top leadership including PTI General Secretary Omar Gohar Ayoub, Zulfi Bukhari, and Malik Amin Aslam who later left the PTI for targeting him during Imran Khan’s government.

Major Tahir Sadiq released the video statement on his personal Facebook page in which he highlighted his opposition role within PTI during its three-and-a-half-year tenure, expressing dissatisfaction with the party's internal dynamics.

Sadiq specifically criticized Zulfi Bukhari for attempting to establish a new constituency in the Attock district, asserting that such actions were beyond Bukhari's power.

He claimed to have been sidelined during his tenure due to the influence of figures like Malik Amin Aslam and Zulfi Bukhari.

Furthermore, Sadiq lamented the lack of consultation regarding the distribution of PTI tickets in district Attock, alleging irregularities in the process.

He vowed to present evidence of these irregularities to the party's founder chairman in due course.

In a noteworthy declaration, Major Tahir Sadiq asserted his son's entitlement as his rightful heir, emphasizing his son's contributions to the community.
