A policeman was martyred when a patrol car was bombed in Peshawar on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The police patrol van was passing through Karkhano Market when a hand grenade was thrown on it.
Police sources confirmed the death of a policeman.
A heavy contingent of police arrived at the blast site in no time.
The police car was returning to Peshawar from Jamrud.
