A big disclosure regarding tempering in the LNG reference against former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has come to light as an important witness of the NAB has denied giving any statement against the accused, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Reportedly, an important witness of the National Accountability Bureau denied that he had given any statement against PML-N leader and former premier Abbasi.
Witness Nasir Bashir stated that he had never uttered anything against Abbasi. He alleged that NAB investigation officer Malik Zubair had written Abbasi’s name on his own as he never insinuated him.
The NAB witness got his statement recorded in the accountability court of Islamabad.
