Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) on Wednesday issued a ticket to Mashal Yousafzai for a by-election on a Senate seat, which had fallen vacant after the resignation of Sania Nishtar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The party Chairman Barrister Gohar also directed the covering candidates of Mashal to immediately withdraw their nomination papers.
Those who had filed their nomination papers were Sajida Begum, Momina Basit, Sameera Shams and Saima Khalid.
