Two notorious shooters of Shah Gang who were involved in serious criminal cases were shot dead during a police encounter in Faisalabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Crime Control Department (CCD) Incharge Madina Division, Ali Ikram Goraya, said that a CCD team signaled four suspicious persons riding a motorcycle to stop at a checkpoint.
The suspicious motorcyclists suddenly started firing on the CCD team. The CCD team opened fire on the motorcycle in retaliation/
During heavy exchange of fire, two shooters identified as Saddam and Ata lost their lives, and two of their companions escaped from the scene. The CCD Incharge said the dead shooters were involved in serious criminal cases.
It is necessary to mention here that one shooter, Imran alias Mani, was killed yesterday. About eighteen members of Shah Gang have been killed so far.
