Pakistani batsman Saim Ayub said on Thursday that he had never faced difficulty in the shot selection, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Speaking to the media, he said that it had always been his endeavour to play good cricket. “Be it T20 or one-day cricket. I always try to give my best despite the fact that these are two different formats of the game.”
Ayub said since he was presently going through the rehabilitation phase, he could not participate in the red ball camp.
He said that tendency in players to play competitive cricket was a good development.
He said he had always been supported by his seniors.
He said that organizing off-season camps was a good thing, and such camps should be organized.
Ayub expressed the hope that the Champions Cup would prove to be a good tournament as people would get to witness thrilling matches.
He said that he would try to perform well in the Asian Games.
