The Punjab Assembly (PA) on Monday passed a no-trust motion against three members of the opposition, removing them from the chairmanship of three standing committees of the provincial assembly, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
No-trust motion against Saima Kanwal was passed, and she was removed from the chairmanship of Special Education Committee.
Muhammad Murtaza Iqbal was removed from the chairmanship of the Standing Committee on Management and Professional Department.
Likewise, Muhammad Ansar Iqbal was removed from the chairmanship of the Standing Committee on Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education.
