The Islamabad district judiciary has issued a notification announcing that district courts will observe winter vacations from January 1 to January 8, 2026, 24 News HD TV reporter on Sunday.
According to the notification, the courts will reopen on January 9, 2026.
However, court offices will remain open during the holidays, allowing administrative work to continue without interruption.
The notification further stated that urgent nature cases will be heard throughout the vacation period to ensure essential judicial matters proceed smoothly.
